The International Symposium on Drug Abuse & HIV/ AIDS (www.isdakovalam.com) happened at the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology (www.rgcb.res.in) in Trivandrum on 6th and 7th Nov, 2006. This is the first symposium of its kind in India intended to help spread the message of adverse medical consequences of drug abuse and HIV and other infections among the community doctors, medical students, research investigators and healthcare workers in India and around the globe.
